Two Lips JOLT Review: Two Lips Women's Jolt Knee-High Boot. I was looking for a flat boot so I could look nice and walk a lot. These are both. They are very fashionable with a punky sort of style. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. The side snaps allow to tighten or loosen and the color is unique, almost a greyish black. they can be worn under jeans or even with a skirt that isn't too dressy. Love em!
