Kelsi Dagger Scarlet Review: Kelsi Dagger Women's Scarlet Riding Boot. This is a beautiful boot! The cognac color is true to the photo and the leather is of excellent quality and buttery soft. I'm 5" and the top of the boot comes right to the bottom of my knee. I normally order a 7 1/2 or 8 depending on the brand. For boots, Bandolino, Naturalizer, and Anne Klein, 7 1/2 fits but for Seychelles, Impo, Audrey Brooks, I order 8's. I don't know why there is a difference in sizing for shoes but there is.
